We all want to live more authentically, but it can be hard to find our true purpose and live at ease. It’s easy to feel lost and disconnected in today’s world. But the truth is, without purpose, we can’t really live life to the fullest. Without purpose, we’re left in a state of dis-ease, which can lead to serious physical and mental health issues.

But good news! We’re here to help. In this session, we’ll explore the concept of purpose and how it can help us live life more authentically. We’ll look at the “flirt with purpose” exercise to immediately up-level our life quality, the “mini Einstein” exercise to get more joy out of each hour of our day, how to use “linguistic judo” to better shape our actions to our purpose, and the concept of micro-purposes to get results while we work out our true purpose.

We’ll also discuss the MEGA MODEL, the ultimate purpose-unconvering exercise, and how to tap into purpose hall-of-famers for inspiration. We’ll also look at the biggest mistake people make when trying to find their purpose and what to do instead. Finally, we’ll discuss the ten sources of purposes and how at least one of these can make the world a better place.

So, let’s dive in!

First, let’s look at the “flirt with purpose” exercise. This exercise is designed to help you immediately up-level your life quality. It’s designed to help you get clear on your values and what truly matters to you. It will help you focus on what really matters to you and allow you to let go of the things that don’t. This exercise will help you make decisions and take actions that are in alignment with your purpose.

Next, let’s look at the “mini Einstein” exercise. This exercise is specifically designed to help you get more joy out of each hour of your day. It’s based on the idea of “micro-purposes,” which are short-term goals that help you work towards your longer-term goals. For example, if you want to become a successful entrepreneur, your micro-purposes may be to complete a certain number of tasks each day or to network with certain people. Focusing on these micro-purposes on a daily basis will help you move towards your larger goals.

We’ll also look at how to use “linguistic judo” to shape your actions to your purpose. This is the practice of using words and phrases to help you stay focused on your purpose and take the right actions. For example, if you’re having a hard time getting motivated to do something, you can use phrases like “I’m doing this because it’s part of my purpose” or “I’m taking this step because I’m committed to my purpose.” These phrases will help you stay focused and motivated.

Finally, we’ll look at the MEGA MODEL, the ultimate purpose-uncovering exercise. This exercise is designed to help you get to the root of your purpose and uncover your true passion. It will help you to get clear on your values, goals, and dreams, and how they all fit into your purpose. With this exercise, you’ll be able to make decisions and take actions that are in alignment with your purpose.

We’ll also look at how to tap into purpose hall-of-famers to draw inspiration to your own purpose. There are many inspiring people who have found their purpose and been successful in their respective fields. You can look to their examples to help you find your own purpose and learn from their experiences.

Finally, we’ll look at the biggest mistake people make when trying to find their purpose and what to do instead. The biggest mistake people make when trying to find their purpose is looking for it outside of themselves. The truth is, your purpose is something that comes from within. It’s something that you create and define for yourself. So, instead of looking outside of yourself, take some time to look within and ask yourself what is truly important to you and what you want to accomplish in life.

We’ll also discuss the ten sources of purposes and how at least one of these can make the world a better place. The ten sources of purpose are: creative expression, personal growth, career success, social impact, environmental stewardship, financial independence, spiritual enlightenment, physical health and wellness, community service, and legacy. Each of these sources of purpose can be used to make the world a better place.

So, that’s
