How It Works
DigitalMarketer’s media Buyer Bootcamp is as challenging as it is rewarding. This course is taught by experts in the field and is facilitated (virtually) every week by an instructor live in a intimate, classroom-style format with less than 50 participants in each class.
Your fellow students and you are expected to complete training sessions as well as “mini-projects” as well as take part in group discussions that relate the material learned to real-world advertisements that have been paid for.
The students who have completed this Bootcamp will, in only four weeks, be able to gain the expertise, skills and “in the trenches” experience that only a genuine Media Buyer.
Here’s how the course will be taught:
On Tuesdays and Thursdays on Thursdays and Tuesdays, you’ll be able to attend live training sessions with the instructor at 1pm CST. Trainings will be recorded , and available to students who cannot attend the live conference call immediately following. In these training sessions we’ll also start an online discussion forum where participants will be required to apply the information you learned to a real-world pay-per-click scenario.
The instructor can also give you weekly assignments that can be reviewed during office hours.
When you’ve completed the four-week course your course work will be incorporated into the final capstone project, which is which is based upon a real-world business scenario. Review and submission of the project is mandatory for you to earn your diploma.
Course Breakdown
In just 4 weeks, you’ll master the fundamental abilities that every Media Buyer should have. The ability to master these abilities is the difference between being a platform specialist that is able to turn the knobs, and becoming a business builder that is crucial to both businesses and brands in the present.
Each class will blend strategies with the execution of your plan. You’ll receive feedback from the instructor to provide an outline of the way to succeed.

Session 0
July 1st
The Kick Off Call
Prepare yourself for the next four weeks! This week we’ll meet the instructors you have chosen and also get meet other students taking part in your class. We will go over the topics you can expect to learn from the course and how to make the most of it, including the grading process the class, how to participate, and how to earn your highly sought-after Media Buyer Bootcamp certificate.
Session 1
July 5th
who: Avatar (Empathy mapping)
A lot of people look at their products and offer and think “here’s how I’m going to market it”.
The thing that is often overlooked is thinking through WHO they serve, what the thinkers think, how they feel, what motivates them, what issues are they dealing with as well as other. There are a myriad of things happening in their heads and we’d like to understand where they are.
The majority of media buyers begin with the offer or product before putting together their marketing plan. This week, we’re going change this approach and begin with your customer. Aaron and Andy will guide you through the “Empathy Mapping” approach which is the first step to build an effective advertising campaign. Understanding who your client is and the stage of your journey is the primary foundational elements needed to connect with your potential customers in a post-privacy environment and we’ll guide you through the procedure step-by step.
When the session is over, when you’ll know what’s going on in your prospect’s minds and be able to better understand them , which, will allow you to better sell to them.
Session 2
July 7th
Where: Channel Selection & “Paid” Organic
Once you are aware of who your client is It makes it simpler to pinpoint the location they’re in.
Every channel responds to specific customers and audiences in different ways and you should pick the one that can give the highest return on the ad budget right away. How can you accomplish this? We’ll guide you.
We’ll also discuss what Aaron and Andy refer to as “Paid Organic”. The same method Aaron and Andy has employed for the top market leaders like Neil Patel, Frank Kern, Dan Lock, and numerous others.
When you know how to implement this method in your advertising campaigns, you’ll be able create an image of authority that is celebrity-like for your company or your boss.
Session 3
July 12th
What: Metrics & Modeling
We’ll show you and provide access to certain of our models that are your mathematical guide to determine exactly what should be happening at each step of your funnel, so you’re aware of the best way to allocate your time. We’ll walk through the process and providing the models so that you can know precisely the best way to get to where you’re heading.

July 14th
How (Part 1): Messaging & Creative
Now you know who, what channels you’ll use to run your ads and what kind of metrics you should consider. In this article, we’ll discuss how you can get inside your audience’s minds and make them feel at home to each channel. In this course, we’ll determine the indicators that must be associated with the creative in order to determine whether you’re on the right path.

How (Part 2): Facebook, Instagram, & Tiktok
Each advertising platform has its own key principles you should be aware of in order to increase ROAS. Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are not any exception. We’ll show you the route for each platform, so you’re most prepared to not just start your campaign, but get the most value for your investment.

July 21st
How (Part 3): Youtube & Search Traffic
Like social media platforms, which have the fundamentals of a good platform as are YouTube along with Search Traffic (Google). Understanding these basic concepts will aid in the process of launching your campaigns faster and more efficient. We’ll go deep into each one of these areas to ensure that your campaign is constructed to draw on the persona of your client.

Testing and Optimization
Once you’ve launched the campaign should you do following? What do you do 4 weeks later? What happens the next four weeks? We’ll guide you through the steps you must perform at each step of your campaign in order to keep testing and improve your funnel to ensure you are in a better position to grow.

Scaling and Optimization
The rain is coming! After you have launched an effective campaign How do you go on to increase the effectiveness and expand your business? Perhaps you want to achieve 7-figures annually up to seven figures per month. Whatever your goals we’ll provide you with the tools and strategies that you require to accomplish these goals.
